Malaca is the flagship of VIVA Quinta. It sits at Caminho da Malaca 24 in Cabouco and is the natural home for weddings, retreats, and full-property buyouts. The grounds include two large outdoor spaces — one designed for ceremonies, one for receptions — alongside the gathering room and accommodations that make it the right setting for larger gatherings. When you see VIVA Quinta hosting a wedding or a private retreat, you're seeing Malaca.

Quinta do Ananás is the working heart of VIVA Quinta and the first property currently open to guests. The traditional Azorean pineapple houses are here. The animals are here. The food forest, the gardens, and the everyday rhythm of an island farm are here. Most of our cooking classes and farm tours start at this property, because this is where the work is happening.

Quinta do Mar is the third property in the VIVA Quinta family and the one closest to the sea. It's a working oceanfront farm with grape vines, fig trees, and cherimoya, just a short walk from the natural swimming pools carved into São Miguel's volcanic coast. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a covered patio shaded by a mature grape arbor, a five-person hydrotherapy jacuzzi, and rooms full of color — including an ocean-blue kitchen and hand-painted Portuguese tile throughout. It suits families, friend groups, and anyone who wants to wake up close to the Atlantic.

Across the three properties, VIVA Quinta is eleven acres of regenerative farmland, a 15–50 person gathering room at Malaca, and exclusive farm-to-table dining for groups who book the whole estate. The connective tissue is the farm itself — the same food forest, the same kitchen, the same team.
